The Process
~THE PROCESS IS EASY!! ~
It's kind of like "painting a masterpiece." It's NOT that the masterpiece is not hidden in the material, you just have to do the work and have the necessary skill to find the masterpiece hidden in their "somewhere."

B) We schedule a time to meet up at the Mobile Home. At that time I will do a full evaluation of what I believe I can do for you, to totally transform your home to something that will sell for top dollar

I want to reiterate here that the goal at this stage is to give you practical, real world possibilities to make your mobile home look SPECTACULAR and to do it at the truly cheapest cost possible for you.
I have A LOT of experience at this sort of thing, am used to "transforming things" and can often do it in ways that cut down on the costs involved.
To that end, here you go:

After I do a walk through evaluation I will present to you some written options to get your mobile home up to "full, practical resell value." It is at this point I will present to you very specific, detailed recommendations to (for example) "fix this in this manner", "cut costs here by doing this in such and such a way", "leave that situation totally alone-don't worry about it", etc. and etc.
This is where my experience comes in. The goal is to get you as much money (if possible) from the asset (the mobile home itself) as practical, for your situation.
You may decide to go with my recommendations, you may not. You are more than free to pick and choose any number of recommendations I give you, it's ALL up to you.
If you do decide to go with any of my recommendations:
-You will be given a written timetable.
-You will receive regular, continual communication from me until the entire job is done. This may be through text, direct phone calls and/or emails.
C) I "get to work." At times you may see only myself at the home, at other times I may bring helpers.
D) We complete the job.
E) After that, that may be all we do, if that is what we agreed to beforehand.
Or
If discussed beforehand, we may then begin advertising your home on various platforms, getting your home listed with one of the real estate agents I work with, or "getting lucky" and actually selling your home direct at that point, through contacts I have.
Either option, the final goal is for you to make a
PROFIT
and to get the most, practical money out of the entire mobile home situation,
